Someone once told me that there was a university study done where they asked an individual to describe themselves (the way they look) and had someone draw a sketch based on the details. Then, they asked a group of strangers to describe the individual and had another sketch drawn by the same artist. The sketches drawn based on what the strangers said were much more accurate than those created based on how people described themselves. I found that so odd. And maybe that also translates to how we see ourselves behavior/personality-wise. So, something I love about being a photographer is that I get to capture you the way I see you. And maybe the way I capture you tells you something you forgot about yourself or maybe something completely new that you never saw before. Something beautiful.
